Samsung Home Appliances had not done business in the home builder channel. It's a category with long sales cycles and competitors like GE and Whirlpool have dominated for decades.

 

Solution 

Our integrated marketing and sales support campaign addressed seven key issues needed to convince builders to embrace Samsung. Chief among them were consumer product appeal, smart-home innovation, warranty, and service network.

This sales video kicked off the pitch to home builders.
