DEVOUR Focus Brands In-house Agency

My role as ECD for Focus Brands has included spearheading a unified creative vision to build the company's first-ever in-house ad agency displacing external agencies like Austin creative boutique, Preacher. The launch of Devour required reorganizing the Creative Services team, reconfiguring ways of working, and scaling best practices across brands, teams, and disciplines. To support this multinational conglomerate with over $5.5B in annual revenue, we continuously produce award-worthy creative work proven to drive business.

 

Devour's work includes brand positioning, creative strategy, brand stewardship across all consumer touchpoints, and marketing campaigns integrated across paid, earned, and owned channels.

MOE'S Southwest Grill
We repositioned the brand to connect the vision of the founders to the hearts and minds of consumers through a universal human truth. 

Consumer-centric creative strategy fueled a 360 campaign about satisfying your cheese addiction.

For a PR and social influencer brand activation, we created an insulated device disguised as a Bluetooth speaker so people could smuggle Moe's melty queso anywhere other cheese dips didn’t measure up.

SCHLOTZSKY'S Austin Eatery
NSYNC boy band member, Joey Fatone, partnered with us for a brand activation, reinventing himself as "Joey Calzone". The campaign earned 33M+ PR impressions, 4M+ organic views on TikTok, and drove a 5% lift in category sales.
